Dear Members;
Attached to this brief article is a form to be filed in the future whenever you submit a proposal under a Request for Project Proposal solicitation (as opposed to a Federal Acquisition-based Broad Agency Announcement) in which you claim a teaming arrangement with a non-traditional partner. This form will be prominently retained in the archives section of the members-only area of our website. This action reflects a transition to a new procurement group within Picatinny Arsenal. Ms. Marion Boyle and her direct report, Gherin Fracasso will now be supporting NSAC procurements in the future. During our transition period, Mr. James Turner and his staff will continue to support selected programs within NSAC but certainly starting in FY09, Marion and Gherin will serve as our sole acquisition agents. As usual, contact me should you have further questions about this form or any other issues regarding the NSAC operations.
