On 24 August 2009-at the Hilton Garden Inn (Rockaway, NJ)-the NSAC conducted a "Pre Bid" Meeting . Central to which was the unpacking of the current Request for Project Proposal (RPP). Please see the attached Briefings.

The FY10 NSAC Request for Project Proposal has opened as of 31 July with a response deadline of 21 September 2009. The RPP can be found on Fed Biz Ops, the National Business Center Website and the NSAC website.
The NSATC Executive Director, Ms. Barbara Byrnes also has will also have a copy of it as well. Arrangements are in the works to potentially hold a pre-bid conference - date and location not yet finalized."
