RPP - Request for Project Proposals: The RPP contains two separate proposal opportunities. The core program portion will be in the main body of the RPP and will have available funds associated with each thrust area of interest. You must reply to this portion of the RPP by the advertised deadline in order to vie for this funding. Those proposals deemed technical viable but not winners in terms of immediate funding will be placed in the NSAC basket and presented to relevant Product Management Offices for consideration. Attachment IV: This portion of the RPP is in the back of the document. Funding is not allocated against these areas of interest. You can propose against this portion of the RPP at anytime during the fiscal year. All proposals receive against this portion will be technically evaluated by government personnel and those submissions found to be technically viable will be placed in the NSAC basket and presented to relevant Product Management Offices for consideration.
