OTA - Other Transactions Agreement. Prior to becoming a signatory to this Agreement, each Consortium Member shall become a signatory to the Consortium Member Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Reference 1. The Consortium Member Agreement shall govern the relations of the Consortium Members between themselves relating to the activities of the NSATC, including with respect to such matters as the ownership and licensing of intellectual property, copyrights and patent rights.
