JOTTINGS - ?JSSAP Jottings? ? a three-editions-per-year publication distributed to selected members of the DoD community. The intent is to provide the DoD with a source of information on emerging technologies that may have application to small arms. The articles will focus on the discussion, assessment and impact on potential improvements to existing systems or in shaping future systems.
